We were tasked with creating a new food outlet rebrand for Uniper. We tackled this by curating a palette of core finishes; light washed oak, a mid-grey concrete, black and shades of green. This helped to unite 3 x Uniper sites: Compton House in Birmingham, Grain in Kent and Ratcliffe Tech Centre in Nottingham.
The overall design maximises self-service food offer opportunities, with different stations acting as a mini food hall concept.
Timber gantries were designed to have multiple uses; helping to zone central islands, allowing for services to be discreetly hidden and to add height and interest.
Cloudy white walls create a clean and fresh aesthetic with additional green tiles adding softness and a natural, earthy feel. Additional planting also enhances the natural feel, with a mix of decorative lighting helping to add a rhythm through the space.
The overall servery spaces have a peaceful and relaxed feel, to create an efficient and stress free lunch hot spot. With each location having a cohesive scheme, but with an individual personality to reflect each site.
